DUI cases are set on a flat fee basis which means you will know exactly how much you owe and the amount won't go up or down.
We accept cash, personal checks, money orders and credit cards. You can also pay via this website by using the button below.
Most DUI lawyers won't tell you how much they charge. They will wait until you are in their office to deliver that piece of bad news. I don't want to waste your time and I don't have time to waste so I list my fees online. Fighting a DUI is hard and takes quite a bit of work and I don't advertise my services as "cheap" or "low fee." Often times low fee means low quality. I also don't want to scare people into paying exuberant fees for my services.
My fees are reasonable and consistent with what other lawyers charge in the area for similar services.
The fees can range from $750-$3500 depending on the type of case. For instance a municipal (city) DUI with no DPS case would normally start at $750. A Felony DUI with a DPS hearing can be up to $3500. Normally, a state misdemeanor charge will cost $1500 with the DPS included. The fees charged in your case will vary, but it will fall somewhere in this range, unless there are serious aggravators.
Payment Plans are available!
If you are wondering what you need to get started, the answer is $250 for a misdemeanor and $350 for a felony. Clients on a payment plan will pay an agreed to amount monthly until it is paid in full.
For instance, a client whose fee is set at $1500 may pay $250/month for six months. All fees and payment plans are signed by you and I and I will never ask for more than was agreed to. I DO NOT charge a "trial fee" or any other fee outside of what was asked for up-front.
The initial case evaluation is free to you and you will no be obligated to retain my services. My firm has never had a client file a grievance regarding fees and I intend to keep it that way.
